I'm not a Boro fan (Palace!), but I admire them for doing things the right way, and for building a good foundation for decades to come.
I mean they have a great academy, a chairman who actually cares, and a good young manager who given time could take you far.
Oh and the stadium is good as well.
Compare them to Newcastle who lurch from one disaster to another (and I don;t take any satisfaction from that as I know they have a good set of fans).

I'm a chelsea fan but boro are close to my heart as my dad supports them (i live in london) , but if only this man could be the chairman of us. He is a true legend, a true working class hero and is the best thing ever for the boro. 2004 was a fine reward for boro, the cc final was the greatest day of my dad's live and it felt better than any time that chelsea won a final. Gibson is an absolute LEGEND
