An intracranial aneurysm arising from posterior communicating artery instead of internal carotid artery was clipped by using microsurgical techniques via transpterional approach. The operation was relatively difficult to be performed because of some reasons. These included old age of the patient, unusual largement of the PCoA and bleeding from the aneurysm. After temporary blocking the internal coratid artery, the aneurysm was burned and clipped carefully, without damaging to the PCoA.
Meine op ist super verlaufen! Aber jetzt habe ich wieder eine neue aneuryzma auf der linke seite. Habe keine angst mehr, es wird jergend wie gehen . Ich gebe mich nicht auf und LEBE.

was that done intentionally (the bleeding) to readjust clip or was it just rupturing where it was burned? I'm not a surgeon but want to be very interested learning more everyday.. thanks for the video though been lookin for a vid. on PCA aneurysm but mostly found MCA an links related to internal carotid arteries but I wanna know more about posterior and anterior communicating arteries I hope to go to med school we'll see only 19..
