  • you guys dont have to calorie count or be freakishly crazy about it

    just eat ALOT of vegies, good quality protien like salmon, lots of water, dry fruit is good.

    important to eat small meals but alot of them, make sure you never get hungry your system needs to have constant food to digest it will spark your metabolism
