Thank you dear. well they are not. is mostly the reflexion of the light but that's all. The mane of the musical piece is "Gia" For the back bend you have to make sure you can hold yourself with out the wings, and stay for a bit and then try to move your arms. once you are on your comfort zone try with the wings. As you know all in dancing is practice. Good luck.
