Thank you for your correction, mate! However, I am well aware of his true ethnicity. I posted it as a "Tajik" because this is how he became known in Russia. I believe it turned into his stage name here and stuck for a while. He may well be rechristened to Uzbek Jimmy, who knows :)

And yes (to a certain degree), more or less all migrants and seasonal workers from CA are called Tajiks here, because they constitute a majority of these people.

@513755 Tajiks are not majority. They were majority in yearly 2000s. Today majority is Uzbeks(34%). Tajiks(24%). Kyrgyz (26%) Ukrainians (13%) Moldovans (12.5%)

The wordings are crap ..not hindi for most parts...but the female voice is too good for a males...i bet if given proper musical training he'd be a gr8 singer....the song line sums it all "..goron ki na kaalon ki ...duniya hai dilwalon ki"

The thing is the guy has no clue about Hindi. He just tries to imitate it as best as he can. And for the Russians it sounds pretty true to the original :D

Brilliant, absoloutly brilliant! I dont know any of the songs he's singing, but his range is awesome, his male voice especially sounds pretty accurate to a bollywood recording voice quality.

Xush, Uzbeks and Tajiks are in principle the same people, I mean the same culture, same religion, same revenues :), similar appearances (though tajik girls are hotter :D ), same soviet history. Today I see absolutely no difference except language.

Unfortunately there is a "nationalistic" trend these days. This is soo stupid.
