  • im finally starting to watch your videos, and watching this made me quite tearful, im not sure if it was that i started thinking about the symptoms or the idea of you caring enough to make these videos but i really appreciate the time youve clearly put into this and will be glad to hear more x

  • Thank you so much! Actually I find it strange even looking back to these videos from earlier this year - it seems such a long time ago! I hope to be back with more videos again soon :) x

  • Thanks for sharing just how grueling the daily reality of being so sick is, and for pointing out that if an ME person looks healthy for half an hour when out, that may be their only healthy half hour in a week. I wish my friends had understood that when I had ME. I was sick for 11 years, on an Invalids benefit and about the same ability level that you described your worst patches. I am now 100% healthy again and have been for 3 years. The Lightning Process got me right! Try it!

  • Thank you! I know that some people who are diagnosed with ME or chronic fatigue can benefit from the sorts of therapies like that and neuro linguistic programming (NLP) etc - there's a lot of free information about them online, and things people can try themselves if they think they might help - "emotional freedom technique" seems to have quite a bit of free info available.
