The Viking thrusts at the Gael's lead arm. The Gael rotates the spear like an oar, to intercept. This leaves the spear pointing at the Viking even if the block is avoided.

  • Just tell me why the hell you are leading the incoming point right into your leg or lower belly? i dont see the sense

  • The idea is to deflect the shot well before it comes close to the body. If you can do that, even a deflection of 5 degrees will mean that it's no longer pointing at you.
