Torrents are downloads, Podcasts are downloads. Where is the live streaming? If something is live then the timelag between reality and what the veiwer sees must be only a few seconds. Otherwise you are watching a recording.

there's a new peer-to-peer network called Global Herald Network that let people share information with peers all around the world. People are able to share their opinions, ask questions as well promote any anything they may have to peers on the network. This p2p network is different and I found it very interesting.
