My first hero is Holdsworth, my second is this guy. they both make their instruments an extention of their brains and ours, total performer audiance communication. Holdsworth likes to feel that his guitar is played like a saxophone but Gambale makes his guitar sound like a guitar with a bit a blues and a jazzy saxophone at the same time. I miss the Yamaha.
