Brainwash? is the political documentary of the 2004 Presidential Election. In a 32 days road trip, 20 States visited and more that 12 000 miles on the counter, we've met John Nichols, a journalist, media experts, book author, columnist at The Nation. He set the tone of BRAINWASH?, gave us reason to blame the media in this big mess that is the war in Irak. Joe, our researcher, found Nichols and put him on our list of progressive journalists that we had to see and hear. Part of the Media Reform movement in the US, John Nichols is key thinker in taking care of the democracy in keeping the press free of any extreme influence. BRAINWASH? a must see. • Dysfunctional? Mass media are functioning perfectly: their predicate is deception. Misinformed people can be controlled.

The Internet is now defined as "enemy territory" by the USG, with good reason - they don't control it, & it has the potential to bring them down.

  • Popular American media is Propaganda! as much as the Nazi regime was brainwashed so is the American Imperialist Nation.

  • I'm done fuck America. I'm done.

  • great work boys ;0)

  • I agree with you to a certain point. But also remember that the current situation with the media has not always been true. Take for example the end of Mcarthyism or even Watergate. Those are 2 examples of true journalism, something that needs to be restored.

  • The fact of the matter is the founders anticipated that presidents would overreach. And they anticipated that at times politics would cause Congress to be a weaker player or a dysfunctional player. But they always assumed that the press would alert the people, that the press would tell the people. And the fact of the matter is I think that our media in the last few years has done an absolutely miserable job of highlighting the constitutional issues that are in play. ~ John Nichols
