it really is a preference of the thrower. When I glide I have it under my chin for the most part and when I spin I have it under my ear. My reasoning for this is because when you spin you have more forward momentum just a lack of vertical lift so you have to have an easier way to realease up. in the the glide the opposite is true

well for one thing your technique is okay
your slow as hell in the circle and u land one one foot.
if u were faster and landed on both at the same time you would throw 15% farther.
