No, she wants the government to force a Catholic institution to violate their church doctrine which is against the 1st amendment. Using birth control pills as a medication is usually covered. For contraceptive purposes it's not. No different then when Welbutrin was covered for people with depression but not for those who wanted to quit smoking. What's ironic is that Hitler would have gladly supported a contraception mandate. And given the ideological rationale for such a mandate, and RH policies at large, Hitler's "Final Solution" was, in a sense, an ex post facto solution that shared an ideological aim with the far left RH lobby. So the "mandators" and Hitler actually have something in common.
