Word of God has pretty much confirmed that Mender Silos is Lord Nemesis.

@AnonIonCannon Again, I disagree. Mender Silos is Lord Nemesis from either a separate timeline or somewhere in the very distant future. He had something to do with The Coming Storm and claims to have come back to help stop it. But The Letter Writer knows something about Silos and is preparing his own force to combat the Coming Storm. Nonetheless, I don't think the Letter Writer is Nemesis from this or any timeline.

Nope. Silos is legitimately a good guy and is trying to prevent Nemesis from messing with time. Nemesis is leaving the letters to discredit him.

@AnonIonCannon Actually I disagree, I think the Letter Writer is a separate entity. He's just someone who knows something about Ouroboros that we don't know about, and he's trying to save our world from destruction at the hands of the "coming storm". Of course, it could all be a Nemesis plot but then the same could be said for anything in City of X
