Another reason I believe it was 3D is that the camera follows so good and so smooth. You can notice this especially at 1:35 when the camera moves over the dashboard.
However, extremely great graphics. Must have been expensive to create.
It must be. Ignoring conservation of momentum completely, the tires were accelerating up the ramp at 0:25. They should have accelerated down it (due to gravity).
