  • do u have to be logged in as the computer admin to do this?

    cuz as i said

    that F()C!Ng (excuse my language) Privacy components made my admin account useless and im stuck using a limited account

  • hmm, you have to press F8 during reboot, that will bring up a boot menu, and then choose safe mode in it .

  • What are the advantages of putting it on safe mode?

  • you can remove a virus easily, do some repair work, if there is some problem in the computer

  • you need to boot in safe mode when you can not delete a file or a folders that is created by a virus

  • I tried to go into safe mode and used msconfig, safe mode option as it was not restarting into safe mode through safe mode command, and after restart m unable to logon even in normal mode, using vista and my notebook is restarting again and again without going to main screen so i can change safe mode option. can any one help, thx

  • DUH,IF I COULD BE IN WINDOWS FIRST I WOULDNT HAVE TO BOOT IN SAFEMODE,WHAT A TOOL....

  • Other way to do it without all that clicking and programs is to press f8 when the computer is starting up. Look @ videos.
