heres another fun fact for yah, 1990 child's play 2 came out and Andy is still a kid, in '91 Andy is already 16. How is it that in just one year he goes from 8 to 16, pretty weird don't yah think?

Hmmmm, well, to be fair to the film it doesn't give away its year. It does involuntarily date itself with the inclusion of Tyler's gamegear, but it doesn't expressly say that the year isn't 1998.

Because the film was made in the early 90's, and the characters were displaying some very questionable appearances.
