Being tired not sure why I said Sept.. But today is March 19, 2011.

Blue Toyota pulled up with crew, guess they showed up with drugs. What alerted me was the noise, I was trying to sleep. So I cut on my tv and camera that records audio. Since the camera is set up to see what comes towards the front of my house not the side. The point of interest of their illegal activity is near that inoperable vehicle, for rather obvious reasons. It provides cover from cars passing by, also they can simply duck behind/under it. I would also like to note about the car it has sat uncovered for months which by law they got to cover it for blight.

0:40-0:56 You hear them arguing over possession of "the blunt" as they call it. And you can hear a rather deep cough(s) obviously from ingesting some substance. I seriously doubt they playing pretend games at 1:46 am.

01:18-01:22 Coughing starts again.

01:23-01:42 Worried about the cops down the street.

01:43-02:20 Profanity and general chit chat.

02:22 Clearly hear "pass the blunt"

03:04 Female voice "it aint the 5-0" Term used for police. They seem to be paranoid about the police.

At the end of the video disregard me saying September, as you can see I corrected myself.
