A music video inspired by a Daniel Amos song from their Fearful Symmetry album. I filmed all of the footage except the red sunset filmed by my father (I'm one of the silhouettes). The video starts with a partial solar eclipse I filmed in 2000. The buildings near the middle are the World Trade Center. Hope the DA fans like it.

  • Mmmmm...if you say so.

  • Pretentious Man Says: "I love the juxtaposition of artsy imagery with sped up timelapses in a curious mix of verisimilitude with surreal." Thumbs way up! Thanks for sharing this with me.

  • Lonzo625 - This, like the music of Daniel Amos, is unquestionably art. Thank You!

  • Great Job !!!!

  • Hey mate. If you ever would like to discuss DA or TST please drop me a line. I live in Australia where no one I know knows anything about my fav band. Would really love to talk about their songs and the amazing influence they have had on my spiritual life. Love in JC alexleitch37

  • Poor St John, I feel for him even now. All of that horrific savage violence and he just a fisherman. Thank you for your letter St John. I am so ashamed that you had to go through all that vision for our sake. God bless you St John, you shall receive an eternal reward. Thank you to Terry scott Taylor for having the sense to write such a heartfelt song. God bless DA. We are the light of the world. We are the shadow. He does not leave us orphaned. He walks in this skin. He loves us still. alex

  • The album is Fearful Symmetry. Definitely a "strange" album. Not certain if I would call it crazy. Horrendous Disc is probably a little more "crazy" as Fearful Symmetry is a little darker in texture overall. They are all good. After 30 years of listening to DA, I still prefer them over most bands. Terry Scott Taylor, the band's leader, is a genious songwriter.

  • well when i say crazy i mean weird, like what album is this song on?

  • For DA, it depends on your definition of crazy. I have all their albums and find Doppleganger pretty offbeat with some odd points of view. I think each recording is a little pearl when viewed sparately. Their albums are hard to compare to one another since they do not duplicate themselves from recording to recording. As for pure crazy, their side project "Meat the Farm Beetles" is probably as crazy as it gets. Hillbilly redneck version of actual Beatles/Lenon tunes. Something just not right.

  • whats this bands craziest album? i just found out about them

  • There's a lot of subtle tones to TST's writings. Rarely do you find someone so well red and so artistically inclined to produce such an intricate weave of words overlaying mental images. I've seen this album selling as high as $100. Crazy.
