i did everything..... i have Realtek... and the speaker icon on the bottom of the screen, and everything seems to be working Properly.. and i have the device installed and everything... BUT I STILL HAVE NO FREAKING SOUND AT ALL....
It's not the Monitor, cause the Headphone connection on the PC doesn't have SOUND either.. HELP!!!!!! PLS>> THANK YOU!!!

I followed the steps in this video to update my drivers, but I'm getting a message that says 'the specified location does not contain information about your hardware'. Would you happen to know what the issue is?
