Hi 1davida1, You can always call the SPCA or Humane Society and anonymously report this type of cruelty. They will pick the dog up for free. Pets don't have a voice and we are the only ones who can protect them. Thank you.

Thank you for doing this unchaining effort! Can you come to California? Portland (I'm an Oregonian) is more upward in these kinds of issues. California is NOT! Our neighbor chains their Jack Russell...especially in 100+ degree heat. It makes our pek cry (really).
It is VERY common here (not to mention ghetto) to see dogs of all sorts chained up...in heat....unkempt! Please start a chapter here!

This is fantastic! For Amanda and crew to travel all the way across country to help a group of similar minded folks start up their own unchaining effort is inspiring!
