@trintrin4real It looks like they just pulled the BOP prior to the cement ops ( /watch?v=qm2OG0AujEI). Filling in the crater won't fix a seep and there wouldn't be any point in filling it in if the crater was caused by some sort of operation like pulling equipment. I believe that cementing is part of the plug and abandonment procedure.
