This looks like the Airplane has Pulselites made by Precise Flight. It's an aircraft recognition system.

Yes, my family does think I'm crazy and I was just let out of the metal hospital, I am on so much medication, went through shock therapy , was in a straight jacket. My poor kids, it's really awful they have a mom like me. But one good thing is that I am entertainment for you gman

The Clifton area, and they would ALWAYS head in the same direction, to the northwest... Year after year, the same thing, especially after a cold front would go through and a high pressure cell was building in, and they were always silent.

Thanks for uploading this, and I used to see this type all through the 1980's in northern NJ, and with a 10X pair of binoculars, the configuration of lights on the craft was the same.
