  • It was an Auto, it had the SST manual mode on the tranny.

    Yeah I have had and heard nothing but problems with those cars, I loved driving it but I'm glad I sold mine. lol

  • It was an auto, can't get manual in the V8 models. For a burnout in auto you just put it in the lowest drive gear, hold the brake about haf way down, and put the pedal to the floor, if u can't feel the tires spinning then slowly let off the brake until they do, then if the car has enough power it should rev all the way up to redline, but hold it just before redline, don't rev the shit out of it. Do that for however long you want, then let off the brake and floor it. It's pretty easy to do.

  • Sweet

  • that last part was "limited numbers", youtube did a great job of postin that... By the way the LS in this video is an LS V8 Sport, I have an '01 in great condition, same color too if the one in this vid is the metallic green , looks like it is. Whoever owns the video you had a nice car, mine hasn't given me problems so far and the roads here kick the crap out of it daily, with me driving hard none the less

  • @TheTravStr you moron, you could get a sport package without having an LSE , you could get a v6 LS sport too... The suspension is tighter, the brakes are larger and you get 17' rims instead 16' stock on an LS sport... The eaton supercharger was available as a special offer on limited LSE models and you could bring a non supercharged LSE in to the lincoln dealer and have a supercharger installed for around four thousand dollars U.S. They were a special offer by Mclaren performance in limited #'s.

  • I swear some people don't know shit. Or maybe I miss understood. None of the Lincoln ls or LSE come with a supercharger. Not a factory option. However you can buy after market kits. The only difference between the LS and LSE--> (sport package) is larger sway bars, and body trim.

  • @semeniukm for all its problems its still a damn nice looking and for the year it was designed a great driving car... Just wish the ford variant of the jag engine was actually up to par with what jaguar was selling... in 03 the VVT apparently brought it up closer to euro standards but it still lacked , unless you had the LSE with the eaton supercharger... I might end up shelling out for one of them within the next couple years just to experience what a 390hp supersport tuned stage 3 LSE is like.

  • @wgnbrnr just bought a 2001 with 161,900 on the clock, gonna be enjoying that for at least 2-4 years b4 I get a supercharged LSE 05-06

  • @drumfreak816 loser.

  • these cars are fuckin sweet i got mine brand new in 2000 it now has 312000km on it and it was still going strong until the ball joint fell out of it the other day...

  • Ahi estaa mi carro(;

  • And then people complain that fords mess up too fast! This is not good for the car..... Nice burnout though
