perhaps~ but as far as I know, most of Korean singers used to lip-syncronize, as well! I won't give you the examples, perhaps you better find the counterexamples.

why lipsync to a song you're not even dancing to? boa even sings AND dances...even hyori doesn't even lipsync when she dances sometimes -_-; i don't know any singer who lipsyncs while they're NOT dancing...
