it's about a boy that looks like an arabian but is neapolitan (it frequently happens ;) ) (black and 'of a rascal' eyes, black and curly hair, really charming). the song describes the boy goin' around through the town (napoli) and looking at girls. they can't resist to this cheeky guy. but he's basicly a good boy and, at the end, he fell in love with a red-haired girl. the topic is very simple but the song is really really good, u bet :))
