  • I would be happy to help anyone who want advice. I've been helping people all these years to get better through food!! That's why people get autoimmune diseases. It's usually gluten-dairy intolerances that develop into severe health problems. Anyone with these diseases can get MUCH healthier and children can some times completely cure themselves over time if they eat what they were created to eat! Wheat & dairy in America have been modified and are too hard to digest. They are making us sick!

  • My daughter was 8 years old when she had EVERY tough symptom of Crohn's. She started the SCD diet and it worked!! After she started the diet (which is not easy but WORTH making the changes to get healthy!!) She stayed on the diet for 13 months with NO cheating. Then she slowly added foods off the diet. She will never eat dairy or gluten anymore however. Our whole family of 6 helped her by eating the same foods. We are ALL so much healthier!! 4 years later she still has NO more Crohn's!!
