The director of the Academy Award-winning "Pan's Labyrinth" and the well-received "Hellboy" films was on hand for a midnight autograph session of his new vampire book "The Strain" in Hollywood.

I read the "The Fall" and love Guillermo's ideology on monster characters. I think it's great that Guillermo has built a career around these mythologies, folklores and the macabre. I hope I get to meet him at Comic Con 2011. I've been trying to get tickets since Nov. 22, which is my birthday. At least I have my tickets to fly out to San Diego, CA. Just need to find a good hotel.
