If they were to start remanufacturing ATC's they should NOT use modern engines, they should just take the engines that were used back in the 80's and remake them to EXACT specs. Keep the originality. The ban should have never been set in the first place, its just idiots that don't know how to ride. If you look online the frequency of three wheeler accidents and four wheeler accidents was about the same in the 80's.
The crazy thing is.. they are NOT "BANNED" anymore.. It was only a 10 yr ban.. and the ban was up in 1996... its just that no one wants to risk all the old lawsuits and crap that brought on the ban in the first place.

Make trikes again. just have a policy that if you get injured on a trike, it is not the makers fault, it's riders responsibility.
