This is 3D, yes, it may be a top-down shooter, but 3D isn't only when it is First Person or Third Person. Example, look at Pokemon Platinum videos, these are 3D, because, well, it is hard to explain, in 2D top-down shooters you can only see the roof or a wall not moving we're you go, in 3D top-down shooters you can see the wall move when you move. Sorry if you dont understand, i am not good at explaining.
