In this video, I discuss my personal reasons for swapping my daily health shake from Shakeology to Vi-Shape. I'm very impressed with Vi-Shape and the science behind their unique Trisorb protein blend.
I've lost just over 5 lbs. in my first 10 days on the Body By Vi 90 Day Challenge! Questions? Message me! I'm happy to assist you!

  • @kariebojarski -Sucralose has been found safe both in hot and cold applications, and has had over 110 peer reviewed studies completed. This is why Sucralose has been approved by over 80 countries globally, and has even been approved by the WHO (World Health Organization). The shakes contain 0.03 grams per serving, which is about 1/3 of the amount in a diet cola. Vi-Shape is 99.999% natural by weight.

  • @kariebojarski - Vi-Shape contains non-GMO soy and there are no phytoestrogens. I'm well aware of the risks of genetically modified soy. Non-GMO soy has heart health benefits that are important to me.

  • Nothing can beat it, not other program or meal replacement shake can beat SHAKEOLOGY! Anyways your right, gotta find what's best for you cause everyone is different

  • When upwards to 80% of the population is overweight, suffering from malnutrition you have to ask yourself is it better to get to a healthier state using a quality meal replacement shake, cause let's face it not everyone is able to eat healthy all the time due to an excuse, lack of time, or money. The 3 for free program is a win for everyone!! The minimal amount of sucralose which doesn't have the by products that are in Splenda is of little concern when the overall health picture is looked at.

  • Cha Cha's may be coming from other foods in your diet combining with the Digestive enzymes that are producing the gut reaction. Usually the gas means a balance in the gut is being waged. Sorry to hear that you determined Shakeology was the loser.

  • Soy Lecithin: Comes from sludge left after crude soy oil goes through a “degumming” process. It is a waste product containing solvents and pesticides and has a consistency ranging from a gummy fluid to a plastic solid.

  • Sucralose: Artificial sweetener commonly packaged as “Splenda”. Sucralose is made by chemically altering the structure of sugar molecules by adding chlorine atoms in place of hydroxyl groups. Sucralose is therefore chlorinated sugar; a chlorocarbon. Chlorocarbons are poisonous.

  • Soy Protein Isolate: Contains chemicals that are associated with the development of Alzheimer’s and cancer. Also contains phytoestrogens which have been shown to cause rapid growth of breast cancer cells.

Mono-diglycerides: Basically another name for hydrogenated oil*.

*Hydrogenated oil is trans fat, and it’s a major risk for heart disease.

You get what you pay for."
