After 5 rounds of Muay Thai training on the pads, this two 'old' crackers play it again on the Queensbury rules.

@umbe2k1 Yes, they are 18 ounce gloves, preferrably used in sparring sessions because you don't want to hurt anybody when just sparring. By the way, if you used to spar with this kind of big gloves, your punches are really going to fly when you are fighting with 10 or 8 ounce gloves.

Great video! I trained with Bao V back in July 2011 and hope to go back out soon Jan 12. I enjoyed watching this vid, brought back some good training memories.
