When you say stronger, do you mean more bulgy on the calf and thick, thin till the ankle and bulgy on the calf or just means more endurance to rough sports i.e. muscle flexibility

Will this help my legs get like bigger? I am very like Bony on my legs, like skinny jeans on me r almost like flares lol well not exactly but I am bony lol so I hope this will help!

I'm still a bit crappy at this yoga business, but so far I'm not doing too bad and I've noticed that I'm not as stressed out as usual after I've done it. Videos I've seen so far are great. Brilliant teacher =).
