I agree with you that Star Trek fans get right into it to the point of being obsessed by the show but you should go on the Doctor Who message boards sometime and check out just how into the show we get. Being from England i assume that you would already know that though. lol Since 2005 with the relaunch of the series an entire new generation has been introduced to Doctor Who and it just keeps growing. We may not be as obsessed to the point of trekkies but we are just as dedicated i would say :)

i have to say i fel the same way. but i have gone to many trek cons. but i have seen more stars of the show at comic-con in san diego.i have sat and had luch with harry kim. well we were leaning on the wall having a dog. it was about 5 minutes, but it was great. i met worf spock janewayand so many more. but i love being around people who have my same passion.
