Hetalia - Mind Your Language Crossover

Lalalala...I'm going to type while waiting for this video to load...just like last time. This one's a smaller file size, though, so it shouldn't take as long to upload, therefore my rant should be shorter. Yes.

"About 13 min. remaining..."

First off, WHAAAT!?? TWO UPLOADS IN THE SAME YEAR--NO! THE SAME MONTH!?!?!? THIS IS MADNESS...and not Sparta in the slightest!

Soooo, this is a short, pathetic animation that took two days to make. WHAAT?!?! TWO DAYS!?!? That is my excuse for it's patheticness. Please accept it.

The Crossover: As the title states, this is a crossover between Hetalia and Mind Your Language, a British comedy from the 80's WHICH I LOVE.

Why "Learn the English Language" as a title? It's not a sad attempt at a joke, it's because if this were actually a show, the basic plot would be England preparing the rest of the cast for the English dub. Yes.


Wait...do many people know about Mind Your Language? If not, THAT MAKES THIS AN OBSCURE CROSSOVER!!! I LOVE OBSCURE THINGS~!


How I got the idea:
Once upon a time (two days ago), I was waiting for the release of America's voice actor for the dub. I decided to clean my desktop while I waited. During this time, I happened to find a nice little folder which contained all three seasons of Mind Your Language. I remembered how I loved that show and it's many stereotypical characters from different countries while I was waiting for a dub announcement for a show that had many stereotypical characters from different countries. ....wait. What? And thus, this animation was born.

The Animation Itself:
Hahaha. It probably has near the same amount of animation as Maemuki, and yet it took two months and 28 days less time.....and it's much better quality as well. Hurray! But of course, this is mostly due to the fact that I had a nice guideline for the animation. Want the awesome original opening? I'll give ya' season two because that has two more characters than season one (and that's the one I used for this animation).

I decided to match each character from MYL with their respective country in Hetalia, so none of this stuff really makes sense...except for France, I suppose... As for Sweden and how almost everyone loves him? Ehhh? For the three characters that didn't have a Hetalia country, I added a different one. Let's see, so that would be Austria, Prussia and Finland. Yup. They replaced India, another India and Pakistan.

I'm quite happy with England's and France's animations...Sweden's makes me cringe. I blame the fact that I couldn't really follow the original animation due to Berwald's outfit being much different from it (while France's was almost PERFECT for copying the original. Eheheh...)

Aaannd I have mixed opinions on the others as well. BUT OH WELL! IT TOOK TWO DAYS! I'M GOING TO KEEP MILKING THAT EXCUSE UNTIL I'M DONE TYPING!
...and since it's done uploading, I suppose that's now!

P.S. - WATCH MIND YOUR LANGUAGE IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY--especially if you're disappointed with the accents in the Hetalia dub. This show has REAL accents!!
