I would like to start by saying that in our 15 years of rescue we have pulled many horses that fell through the cracks from other rescue organizations, private individuals and organizations set up to help off track horses. A contract is a two part obligation. VFH pulled the horse and then Nicole adopted the horse from VFH with contract but violated the contract and gave the horse away - by her own admission. She is facing prosecution by VFH currently. Contracts need to be upheld.
This horse was bailed for $525 + all the other fees by Voice for horses and then ended up at the most disgusting auction on earth yesterday - Sugarcreek - Thank God she was saved from slaughter AGAIN.
