    Slaughterhouse Five

    Kurt Vonnegut I relate to this from the view point of the Son. Billys son. You see Vonnegut served with the 106th Infantry Division. my Father served with the 99th Infantry Division. Both Billy's Son and I miss read the post traumatic stress disorder, And saw this as approval for the "Soldier Mentality". We both rebelled and in the end become absorbed by the same beast, as our Fathers. Ours being being the Vietnam War.
