Thinks that Vespas dress up in stupid accessories has little to do with the view count on this video .... the uploaded knew that if he put the usual stupid music to vespas he's get none. So in one sense I give him props but in another I give him a resounding tsk tsk tsk by insulting Sugar Pie in this way ....
