The congestion charge is probably one of the greatest things that has happened this decade. It cuts pollution and also puts money in the bank for public services. And Boris Johnson didn't introduce the charge, the great Ken Livingstone did.

It's a great song by a great songwriter, really. Reminiscent of the great Mississippi bluesmen and the folk Revivalists like Dylan, when they lamented society's curelty.
