Bill cooks a 20 pound turkey and cornbread/sage/rosemary/bacon dressing.

The dressing is from an old family recipe.

Not Bill's family, but still, an old family recipe.

  • you should of definatly chopped the rosemary fine after you took them off the stems for the texture is like pine needles..just as it looks.

  • @animaladam5 thanks! I hope to use this recipe twice this year.

  • it was very good. except the part where the turkey was too pink... so i had to microwave it... in pieces.

  • you don't often express opinions. 0:36 but here you did, "joie de vivre." goes along with "a life is what you DO have when you don't believe in an afterlife." you hide alot, bill. i remain curious. :)

  • Looks so good!

  • That is one expensive bird and it doesn't even fly.

    ;^)

I truly like you made cornbread to make the dressing/stuffing. Very nice touch.

  • oh yeah. Now That's Thanksgiving! You sure know how to live!! Olive oil rocks. I made mine with olive oil this year instead of butter. I'd never heard of that but I figured, you just can't go wrong with olive oil!! LOL!!

  • I am wondering how much exercise you are going to have to do to work that off!
