oh yeah. Now That's Thanksgiving! You sure know how to live!! Olive oil rocks. I made mine with olive oil this year instead of butter. I'd never heard of that but I figured, you just can't go wrong with olive oil!! LOL!!

you should of definatly chopped the rosemary fine after you took them off the stems for the texture is like pine needles..just as it looks.

it was very good. except the part where the turkey was too pink... so i had to microwave it... in pieces.
