  • Hello,

I really enjoyed watching this video. I believe it is very educational. I would like to use it in a Lesson Plan that I am creating to teacher 4th graders about the Navajo people and their suffering on the Long Walk. Would that be okay with you the creator?

  • That's fine with me. Glad you enjoyed it.

  • Hey you should try to redo your video all in Navajo. Just a suggestion...

  • One day I'd love to find the time. Thanks!

  • As I watched I barely breathed. When they arrived home, finally, I gasped and cried. The unbelievably horrible treatment of native americans by white settlers and the government is largely unknown to the general public. Thank you for producing something so lovingly to educate those who do not know.

Creator Blessings and peace to you, my sister. We are all related.

  • Thanks so much for the feedback. I'm really glad you enjoyed it.

  • @nanebah I would also like to use your video in a demonstration for a college course that I am taking. I am to write a script to teach to a class. I found that your video seemed clear and understandable. Rhonda

  • Thank you for the video. I am a Dine' living in the Philippines with my Filipino wife. She is learning the history of our great people and this video has helped her understand who I am and where I come from. I do miss my homeland but I am here to be with my wife.

  • I'm Navajo and I currently live in Orem Utah. I go to school with all white kids. For my government class I did a project on the long walk. I even brought some kids in my class to tears. I told them my families personal story. I love my culture, its hard sometimes to be in a school with all white kids because they will call you names but I don't let it get to me. I'm proud to be native.

  • Beautiful Lady !

  • Doesnt seem the American Government has progressed one little bit. Its like a punch drunk fighter. Just looking for another fight. People you can stop this. (Australian). The voice of one is very powerful.

  • @ansomo1 The thing that disturbs me is the life without the Spirit of Yahweh. The thing that disturbs me is the life without the Spirit of the Son of Yahweh, Yahushua. The thing that disturbs me is the spirit of evil that motivated the orders from the American Government to be carried out in such a savage way. The thing that disturbs me is the unthinkable possibility that this could occur again on American soil or elsewhere in the world for that matter. :-(

  • Dear Navajo Daughter,

I pray that this never happens again on American soil or anywhere else in the world. May you come to know the love of Yahweh and His Son Yahushua. May the peace that passes all understanding be yours eternally. My Great Grandmother was of the great Cherokee Nation! I carry her in my heart and I abide in Spirit with Yahweh and Yahushua forever. Yahushua shed His blood for the remission of our sins. We who repent and believe in Him have life eternal.
