  • I´m quite certain that what they´re making is Mochi, a typical dessert that japanese make near the end of the year, Manju are steamed cakes.

But this video is a great contribution, thanks n_n

  • @FunkyGerl02 they make those noises to keep the rhythm so they won't smash down at the same time, and so thewy wont hit someones hand (it is a guess)

    :

  • i see where the karate inherits

  • this is so cool i like how they made the sound on the last part of the video

  • fascinating . why do the have to make the sound ? the dough looks nice, are they making mochi or manju ? haha . i guess Japanese people are healthy , see they have to exercise befre the get to eat !

  • rofl rofl rofl 1:00 to end!!!!

  • manju is basically first prepared like mochi, however, unlike mochi, flour and buckwheat are added to the 'dough'.

  • Super cool video, but arent they making mochi?

  • Oh my goodness... 0.0 THAT'S AMAZING :D it must taste so delicious with all that effort banged into it!!

  • O_O thats awesome! id love to watch that in person! but i agree, to get your hand in there, well, i know i wouldnt thats for sure!
