This is excellent! Bush inherited what Gore wanted. Gore/Clinton sent "Iraqi Liberation Act" bill to congress in 1998 passed in 2002. Why Gore fought so hard 2000/2001.

Terrorist do not even fall under the Geneva Convention.
They are considered unlawful combatants and can be shot.
