Hey there, how would I go about playing NES games and GBC games on here? Does it all come with the flash cart?

The emulators come with software to package all your ROM's into one .gba file which you put on your SD card.

Other reviews said that EZ-Flash IV drains lots of battery? In a GB Micro/DS. What are your experiences so far in terms of battery life?

I've found out a way to get Goomba Color to save.

I just spent a few hours getting it all to work (it saves the same way GBA games do).

So what GBC emu do you recommend? I tried goomba color but the saves don't stay and I can't seem to get the emulator to make saves with R + Select .

By the way, I've been hearing that you can't actually use save states on this card, but does that only apply to GBA games?

@Littleclone1 The SD card only stores the data it doesn't do any of the processing, you need the actual GBA cartridge.

It seems like when I'm about to purchase something I always watch unboxing/setup videos. For the EZ Flash, this is the only video I could find with good quality and not in spanish.

Also, Mother 3! Definitely a +100 point bonus.

And you get a slightly unclean and not very tasty cookie, too!

does it automatically save to the mini sd card? If not when the battery of the cartridge runs out all of your progress is lost.

@Xgen001 no, the ez flash IV cart has both a 16 megabyte extremely high performance read/write PSRAM module and a 32 megabyte high performance read (slow to load game/slow writing) NOR memory module for the larger games (theres only like 5 of those games though, and they just wont load as fast). both modules on the card will make sure you have completely no lag throughout the game. the supercard has superior emulation for other systems and homebrew apps and better DS compatibility but slow RAM.

@xBlackxZerox I believe they work once you put them through the ez flash client software (you should for all games or risk errors/saving issues), which is extremely easy, you just download it at the ezflash website and then in the program add the .gba rom and it pops patched out ready with saving enabled. some say RTC isn't necessary also. for me ill just buy the pokemon games dearest to me where id want to RTC for the full experience.

@Aska49 I heard the flashcart has some issues with the GBA Pokemon games due to it not having an internal clock, thus you need to remove the games' clock and timed events by patching them. Is that correct, or do they work perfectly with the flashcart? Please respond.

Since it doesn't have a real time clock. If so, could you link me to where I can patch my pokemon game roms like yours so I can play them on a EZ-Flash IV cart?

Does GBA performance lag? I've owned a supercard and a lot of games lag such as metroid zero mission whenever theres more than a few enemies on screen. If this this doesn't lag I'd really want to pick one up.
