It's a bit extreme to call this a rip-off of I Want the One I Can't Have. The guitar riff, maybe. But not the tune.

How can something be a "bit" extreme? This is what I hate about Youtube. I tell the truth and I get a thumbs down. The chord progression is almost identical to I Want The One I Can't Have!!! I love The Housemartins, and I'm sure it was probably unintentional, but it sounds exactly fucking like IWTOICH. Which was a better song and came out before.

Dude, the guitar rhythm is very similar, but the chord progression is totally different. Happy Hour has a simple I - III - IV - V progression, IWTOICH is based around completely different chords, and the chords change at different paces.
