Getting the Ichthyosaur out of the water

This trick was discovered 4 months ago, but it was planned to be put in a montage of Half-Life glitches. Now that the editor of the montage has become a hopeless Halo addict, I've decided to post this.

Not only can you bring the fish onto land, you can also "surf" on him in the water or "fly" on him to the helicopter. However, those tricks take hours to perform, so I've included only the basic idea.
