Becuase if America was really about increasing the gap btw the rich and poor it would not have one homeless person on the streets! Homeless people need food so they won't steale. So this will lower the crime rate for little crimes of that nature. It most be a strong structure and law, mandatory service for homeless people. To get them back on there feet. They are left without help they get involved, in prostitution, drugs, etc..This is a big Fuck You to the government for leaving these people like this. Its immoral why the US spends billion in "AID" foreign and abroad there own people have no system intacted to be helped!

I feel so sorry for this gentleman. The way people treat our Canadian homeless is disgusting. God bless his soul and may no person, homeless or not, be assaulted for ill founded reasoning.
