WTF GAY ?

how long will it take for a person to be able to do a split with this machine?
-
fun fact> the splits are a result of training your muscles. Not sitting on your ass forcing them out of alignment. What a stupid marketing ploy. You don't need to spend money to get your splits.. just time and hard work.

the song is just outstanding, sorry but it makes me laugh for the next 10 minutes. I hope it will not come to my mind during mokuso in my Karate class, otherwise I'll start laughing and I'm sure my Sensei would not accept that... la la la la la ... :-D

how many minutes a day did you use your stretch machine ?
Taekwondoist, nice. I am looking to get involved in Taekwondo, therefore I'm trying hard to increase my flexibility. Is the machine built strong enough to endure conistant use? Once you can reach 180 degrees on the stretcher, is it easy to go down into a side split easily or does more work need to be done? Thanks

the machine is built to last forever...real quality construction...getting into a sidesplit without the machine is slightly different...more work still needs to be done... i do another stretch by superfoot wallace where you touch your nose to the floor in combination with the machine

if you're serious about it i'd recommend the hurley 3000. it has a crank system with a readout down to very small increments. 3x a week for 10 minutes stretch for 3-5 sets rest a minute and a half in between. each set should last about 1.5 minutes on which you crank it to max you can handle pause...crank some more...pause crank some more...all for one set...mark down your max each set...last pause hold for longest you can stand... next day try to go one notch more on each set...that's it!
