Dictators don't teach the poor literacy. Dictators don not provide free medical care. Dictators don not ration the food products among the people. Dictators don not organize teams of doctors to go and provide free medical care to the poor in third world countries. If Fidel is a Dictator, then he is a strange one. A goverment is a tool of the ruling class in capitalist countries that is the bourgois class and in socialist countries the workers class. the goal of the workers class is to eliminate all classes and the goal of the bourgous is to maintain the status quo
