Cindy Joseph, a top model for Ford Models at age 59, refuses to color her flowing gray hair or rely on cosmetic surgery to look younger. As more advertisers try to reach the booming 50+ market for almost everything, she is riding the silver tsunami and catching a new career ride in one of the most age sensitive professions.
Correspondent Mike Cerre profiles her remarkable career change for his Nextracks series featuring other boomers re-inventing themselves around their new economic, social and lifestyle priorities.

She is very beautiful. Idk about most people, but I like silver hair! =D One of my favorite colors. =)

@GlorifyHim888 it's called proper diet and exercise. she's been taking care of herself her whole, and now she's reaping the benefits of not being a smoker or drinker w/ a great diet.
There's no such think as impossible. Ernestine Shepherd is 75, the world oldest bodybuilder and she has the body of a fit 25 yr old. Never say never. Most people don't bother to try.

She is very lovely BUT I don't buy the no plastic surgery story. Her neck is extremely tight with no lines, which is not possible at 59. I'd venture a guess a fefw other sublt procedures were done facially. Her neck looks a lot younger than her face belies.
