Robert Ryan - Caught

I'd like to say THANKS also for posting these scenes from "Caught". I've been reading about the movie for years. I had the chance to see it on late night local TV way back in the early 80's put wasn't able to. Since then I've never seen it shown on TV, even Turner Classic Movies. What a great cast: Bob Ryan, James Mason & Barbara Bel Geddes! All powerful performers. Too bad Love Max Ophul's use of fluid camera shots. Hopefull someone someday will post the whole film here at youtube.

Tnx for this one Lizzy. One of R.R.'s lesser-known gems. Wow! Already he had that roguish, self-assured charm, very similar to his character in "Born to be Bad." One can only imagine the effect he had on women. But then, his appeal is timeless, as you, Maria, Paula, I, and how many others have proven. As I once said, we can only sit in the audience and swoon.
